Return Policy


Please take a look at our return policy.
All returns must be pre-notified. Prior to returning any defective or unwanted products please email info@thesharpshop.ca with Return or Exchange in the subject line; please include your order ID number, name and address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return.

ll items must be returned within allotted time of manufacturers warranty for refund, exchange or credit.

r all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
Ple
ase, obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for returns lost on the way to us.

When returning your package please include:
Order ID

te telling us what the problem was.
A not
e stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

Returning of malfunctioned or incorrectly shipped items
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
Shippi
ng charges will be refunded after we have received and verified the condition of the product for malfunction items.
Incorre
ct items won't be accepted if their packaging is open or item is used.
Items re
turned for malfunction exchange will be shipped out via Standard service at no extra charge.

Returning of unwanted items
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
We cannot
accept unwanted products that are opened or were used.
Unwanted o
ils and lubricants won't be accepted for return.
We are not
responsible for any shipping charges for the items.
Exchange ite
ms will be shipped via Standard service at no extra charge.
